    We offer a variety of massage treatments that range from invigorating to soothing. There is something for everyone and our services are frequently expanding so we can best serve you!

    skills

    Swedish Massage

    Light to medium pressure is used to stimulate circulation, ease muscle aches, and relieve tension using long fluid strokes. This full-body classic promotes complete mind and body relaxation. You will feel peace and calm during and after this massage!

    Deep Tissue

    This intensive therapeutic massage focuses on treating specific areas of pain and/or discomfort. Trigger Point Therapy, firm pressure, and gentle stretching are used to alleviate pain, inflammation, and chronic muscle tension by beginning with the superficial muscles of the body and eventually working deeper.

    Pre-natal*

    A wonderful massage for moms-to-be! Comfortably supported in a side-lying position, this massage is designed to alleviate aches and pains associated with pregnancy. This is an excellent time to celebrate your body, pamper yourself, and ease your mind and body all at once!
    * Written permission from your doctor may be required for a Pre-natal massage (especially in the first trimester). Please let your therapist know you are expecting when you book your appointment.

    Upper Body Relaxer

    Great for those on the go! This 30 minute massage concentrates on prime areas of tension: your head, neck, shoulders, and back.

    Reflexology*

    Without even realizing it, our hands and feet go through a great deal of stress every day. This 30 minute hand and foot treatment aides in relieving that stress and tension and in doing so the entire body is able to relax and recuperate from every day wear and tear.
    *Reflexology can be a stand- alone service or added to any other massage treatment. See the price list.

    Aromatherapy

    Soothing, restorative, and invigorating essential oils are used in addition with long flowing massage strokes during this rejuvenating full-body massage. Each client will enjoy specially chosen essential oils to support their individual needs. Essential oils and their benefits range from an uplifting oil such as jasmine to eucalyptus, which aides in respiratory ailments.
